Join us for an evening to celebrate the launch of The Art of Plant-Based Cheese Making by Chef Karen McAthy.
Your ticket includes admission to the event and a deliciously crafted bite by Chef Karen and Chef James (from the Very Good Butchers). This evening will Include a demonstration of one of the recipes in the book as well as cheese samples from Blue Heron Creamery. Copies of the book will be for sale and there will be a chance to get yours signed by the author.
