Join us for RIPE 2016, our 7th annual harvest celebration - an evening of local food and drink in support of Vancouver Farmers Markets!

The annual RIPE celebration showcases the best of local ingredients from our farms and producers paired with some of Vancouver's top chefs and restaurants. This year, RIPE will feature Chef Clement Chan of Torafuku, Chef Meeru Dhalwala of Vijs Rangoli, Chef Ned Bell of Chefs for Oceans, Chef Quang Dang of West Restaurant, Chef Deniz Tarakcioglu of Cafe Medina, Chef Ryan Reed of Nomad, Chef Karen McAthy of Blue Heron Creamery and Chef Shelome Bouvette of Chica.

RIPE 2016 will feature 8 mouth-watering small plate tasting stations, signature cocktails by Gillespie's Fine Spirits and Salt Spring Coffee, craft beverages from Persephone Brewing Co. and BC Wine Studio, and dessert tastings artfully prepared from fresh, seasonal and sustainably harvest food. 

A family friendly event, RIPE 2016 will also feature live music, a silent auction, and fun party games for kids of all ages!
